Book A Discovery Call

Thirty minutes. Three questions. No pitch.

A discovery call is a real look at your entity structure, your compensation split and your membership margin. You leave knowing where your opportunities are — named and quantified — whether or not you ever hire us.

Free. Thirty minutes. And you keep the written summary either way.
Pick Your Time

Choose any slot that works.

You're picking a slot in an actual advisor's week, not joining a queue. You'll get a confirmation with the link and a short list of what to have handy — nothing you need to prepare.

What Happens Next

Book the call and here is exactly what follows.

Nobody should have to guess what they just signed up for. Each step below is a short video from the person who actually does that part of the work.

01

You book — and pick the 30 minutes that suits you

The calendar is real. You are picking a slot in an actual advisor's week, not joining a queue. You will get a confirmation with the Zoom link and the two things worth having open when we start.

Before the call: the three numbers we ask for

Your member count, your monthly membership revenue, and last year's tax return if you have it handy. That's it. If you don't have them, we still do the call — we just spend the first ten minutes finding them together.

03

The call itself: entity, compensation, membership margin

Thirty minutes, three questions. Is your entity costing you money. Is your salary-to-distribution split set where it should be. Is your membership price holding its margin as you grow. You will hear real numbers, not a pitch deck.

What you get afterwards, whether or not you hire us

A written summary of the opportunities we spotted, named and quantified. If we are not the right fit we say so on the call and you keep the summary anyway.

If you do move forward: onboarding, week by week

You meet your Client CFO, your Advisor and your Associate. We take the financial side off your desk on a schedule you can see, and you know who to call about what from day one.

Before You Book

The things people want to know first.

What do I need to have ready?

Three numbers if you have them: your member count, your monthly membership revenue, and last year's tax return. If you don't have them to hand we still do the call — we just spend the first ten minutes finding them together.

Is this a sales call?

No. It's thirty minutes on your entity, your compensation split and your membership margin. If we're not the right fit we say so on the call, and you keep the written summary of what we found.

Who will I be talking to?

Matt Gage runs first conversations for most practices, and brings Nate in when the question is a tax-strategy one. You'll know who you're meeting from the confirmation.

I'm not a Direct Care practice. Should I still book?

We specialise in Direct Care — our first Direct Care client came to us in 2021 and we built the firm around the model in 2024. We also work with a select group of owner-run businesses outside it. Either way, book: we'll tell you honestly on the call whether we're the right firm for you.

What if I just want the cheap version?

Then join the DPC Circle for $9.99 a month and come to office hours. That's a genuine answer, not a brush-off — plenty of practices start there.

The calendar is above. It's real.

Thirty minutes, three questions, and a written summary of the opportunities we find — named and quantified, whether or not you hire us.
